Following the August 28 12-inches-plus of rainfall in as little as 3-4 hours, the entire state of Vermont saw destruction and devastation that has not been seen since the "Great Flood of 1927" and then some folks say this is worse. I've had the opportunity to access rail areas that have no public assess to survey heavily damaged locations in the flooding and recorded the following images.
